Non EAPC eBikes

Unlike the other bikes on this site, this category deals with the eBikes that do not meet the UK's EAPC standards, and therefore cannot legally be ridden on UK roads as a bike.

Perfect if you have access to private land, most of these bikes have higher powered motors or allow the ebike to move without using the pedals, such as those having a "twist & go" throttle.

Many of these bikes can legally be used on the road, but only if classified as a moped or motorcycle, so different rules apply.
