Order Confirmation

When you place your order with us by clicking to purchase, we pre-authorise your card or payment method, however you will not yet be charged. We will then check to confirm that sufficient stock of the item that you have purchased is available for immediate shipment.

Only once we have confirmation will we process your payment, and your order will be processed for dispatch straight away. If there are any delays with the items being available, we will not charge your card and contact you to let you know expected availability times.

 

Order Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been placed and confirmed in stock, your order will usually be dispatched within 1-3 working days, although we aim for next working day where possible.

It's important to note that different manufacturers and suppliers have their own processes and timescales regarding shipments. In some cases, bikes are built to order and in this case, may take an additional week. The product information for each bike should explain what to expect regarding delivery times for that specific model.

Once you have placed an order, we will then contact you via email to provide tracking details for your order's shipment. If for some reason you have not received an acknowledgement or order tracking details within 4 working days of placing your order, contact our team at hello@eebikes.co.uk so that we can help.

All eBikes are fully assembled and undergo a PDI (pre-delivery inspection) before dispatch. The only items that might need to be fitted or adjusted might be to attach the pedals and straighten the handlebars.

Once prepared and dispatched, most orders are shipped for next day delivery wherever possible, so we recommend that customers expect an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days. We will always work to shorten this as much as possible, however we won't compromise on the quality of the bike preparation just to get your bike shipped more quickly.

Shipping Costs

All eBikes over £500 are shipped completely free of charge, including any accessories ordered at the same time, even though in some cases they might be sent separately.

Maximum standard rates for next day shipping of items under £500 are as follows:

Up to 5kg: £10.00

5kg-20kg: £12.50

Over 20kg: £15.00

 

Damaged Items

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery, and reject any items that are damaged. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damage and the packaging to hello@eebikes.co.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

Any orders cancelled after 24hrs of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If the order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order. For more details regarding refunds, please see our separate Return and Refund Policy.
